Crafting For Dad with Petaloo

Its tough to craft for Dad's! Especially when it comes to flowers, but in can be done. Most crafty Dad stuff ends up being home decor items, to be given that coveted spot on an office desk or living room mantle. Instead of trying to make something "masculine" make something that honors your dad but that is designed to go in a specific space. My Dad is long passed away, but this little memory is for the bookshelf in my family roman this lovely collection from Simple Stories fit the bill for me. I used a shadow box from a craft store, Petaloo Flowers and Simple Stories papers and chipboard stickers.
