All this week we will be creating Valentines Day cards, layouts, home decor projects and so much more featuring "Children's Hour" paper and embellishments from Graphic 45 along with coordinating BOTANICA flowers, berries and trims from Petaloo!!

This sweet paper collection contains a different design for each month of the year! We had so much fun "playing" with the February paper for our Valentines Day theme! We hope you are inspired by our creations!!

Let's get the fun started with our ALTERED ARTIST & Petaloo Designer ... Lynne Forsythe

 

Hello Petaloo and Graphic45 Fans!!

What a great matchup we have this week!
and a FABBY PRIZE PACKAGE...

Four lucky winners receive

I am excited to share my Mixed Media canvas
that I created!!

I began with a 6 x 6 natural canvas
from Canvas Corp Brands.
I cut up pieces of G45's Children's Hour paper
from the 12 x 12 paper pack.

I ran the pieces through various embossing folders
and adhered the pieces to my canvas
with Ranger's Multi Medium ~ Matte.
While still wet, I tore the edges of 
the G45 papers.

I then pulled out a piece of sand paper
and hit the high points.    

I then applied a bit of gesso over the face
of my canvas.

I used UmWowStudios
Butterfly Confetti Stencil and
Perfect Paints ~ Raw Silk ~ Polishing Plaster.

I then applied a layer of 
Perfect Paints ~ Perfect Glaze Medium.

Now to decorate my canvas....

I pulled out some of my FAVORITE
Petaloo Botanica Blooms
Blooms x 4
Floral Ephemera
Sugared Berry Picks
and various colored Petites.

I accented my flower cluster with a 
Floral Flourish chippie from UmWowStudio.
I cut it apart and tucked in behind my flowers.

I then spritzed my entire canvas with 
Tattered Angels ~ Bronze Glimmer Mist.

Next, I tied a piece of Petaloo's Burlap Trim
around my canvas and 
finished it off with a quote stamp from
Yvonne Blair Designs/Impression Obsession.

There you have my creation using the products
from two FABULOUS COMPANIES!
