Let's set sail with this Nautical Party Decorations and a BONUS project by
Denise Hahn ...
Let's make some party favors today! Authentiques "Anchored" paired with Petaloo makes perfect summertime party favors for a 4th of July Party or a little boys Birthday. I used a very simple oragami technique to make the boats. With my scraps I made a cute little banner to go along. Then just becuase I LOVED the Anchored Collection I threw in a fun little keepsake box made with a Graphic 45 Book Box. I included the Snapguide tutorial on how to make the oragami boats at the end of this post- Denise
The Little boats are super easy to make- see my tutorial at the end of post for how to I make a little base to make sure they stand tall
I used a mixture of Petaloo Teastained Dhalias in Red and Blue
I love my little Rigatta! Wouldn't these be cute as centerpieces too?
Now you cna actually fill these with little candies or peanuts too!
Okay now onto the little bonus project! A sweet little shadow box book using the same papers. See how easy this collection can go from masculine to feminine?
here is the link to my Snapguide!
The little boats are so cute. The shadow box is very creative and is decorated so nicely on every surface.
