Hi everybody! Helena here to share some Halloween projects using Petaloo flowers, Graphic45 papers and Xyron adhesives with you.
First, I have three cards to show you. But, these are not any cards - they can be sent, of course, but I have chose to display them as a Halloween home decor project using a frame I found at the local dollar store. When I first saw this - very - orange frame, I thought I would have to paint it white to use it. But when I saw the amazingly colorful papers from Graphic45 and started to create with them and Petaloos textured flowers, I decided to use the frame just as it is. I only bought one frame (since it is very orange!), but I intend to switch the cards from time to time. That way I get a new home decor piece every time!
I have used the Graphic45 Steampunk Spells papers, diecuts, stickers and chipboard for all the cards, using the paper Vintage Voyage as a base. I have used Xyron Mega Runner to adhere the papers and diecuts.
I have decorated this first card with Petaloos large Textured Blossom, color Amber, a black Textured blossom and an orange Dahlia. I have used Xyron Adhesive Dots to adhere the flowers.
Here is my next card on display. For this card I also used the Vintage Voyage paper, adhered it to black cardstock with Xyron Mega Runner. I have decorated this card with Petaloo's black Textured Blossoms, amber Textured Blossoms and a grey mini Textured Blossom, using Xyron Adhesive Dots.
For my third card I used the same paper, Vintage Voyage from Graphic45, and Xyron Mega Runner as adhesive. I have also cut out some hot air balloons from the Pumpkin Power paper and adhered them using the Xyron Create-a-sticker mini Dispenser.
I decorated with Petaloo Textured Blossoms, color Teal, and a yellow Darjeeling Dahlia.
After I finished my three cards, I decided to make something fun to put next to my frame. I have decorated a mini birdhouse and turned it into a haunted birdhouse! I have used the paper Witching Hour from Graphic45 and Petaloo textured flowers, black and grey, and small yellow Darjeeling Petites. I have adhered the flowers using Xyron Adhesive Dots.
I wonder if any bird would dare moving into this little house?
Thank you for stopping by today! Now hop on over to Graphic45 and Xyron, tell them we sent you! Have a fabulous day!
/Helena
