It's been a fantastic week during our Team-up with Simple Stories. We have enjoyed working with their fabulous paper products and mixing them with Petaloo flowers.
A BIG THANK YOU to our friends at Simple Stories for their genorisity and their design team for all their hard work during this week.
There's still a few more cards we like to share before we officially say it's the end of our Team-up. Here's a few ideas to help you with Mother's Day cards designed by, Alice Carman.
I inked the edges of my flowers and die pieces to make them pop of the card. You can create this same look by using brown ink.

Tip: I snipped off a few petals form the Petaloo Embossed paper daisies to use as my leaves on my card.

There's no sentiment on this card. After I created this, it just didn't need one. I used Vintage Bliss collection and my favorite stamp to paper piece the background onto black cardstock. I also used Petaloo's assorted brads to tie all the colors together.
