My favorite seasons of the year, Fall and Winter, are quickly approaching and I have been busy creating fun things in which to celebrate all the holidays coming up. Today I am sharing with you a couple of Halloween tags using the gorgeous yet spooky Authentique paper from the Enchanted Collection, and Petaloo's brand new Floradoodles flowers for Halloween.
I've put all of the tags on a ring but I hope to string them together with twine to create a spooky banner for my mantel. Each tag is filled with flowers, stickers, ribbon and gorgeous paper. Let's take a look at each individually.
Isn't that black flower just amazing?? I would have never thought that black flowers would be in my scrap stash but these are just too pretty not to love. Little pearls and beads in the center of the flower are so sparkly against the petals of fabric and tulle. The perfect spooky flower. I added some buttons and little dots of Ranger enamel.
I love the new Petaloo Dazzlers. This mummy is so adorable and the package also contains the sparkly spiders as well. Watch out mummy those spiders are going to get you!
A gorgeous delicate black butterfly landed on the next tag in my collection. These new butterflies are so pretty and add a fun spooky feel to my project.
These two tags use the Petaloo Velvet Hydrangeas. I also added some fun webbed ribbon from May Arts. Love the little words in the Authentique collection. You can piece them together to make just about any sentence that you can think of.
Isn't the Authentique paper amazing! The colors are rich and go perfectly with our Floradoodle flowers. The sticker sheet has loads of embellishment possibilities.
All of the tags that I made were really fun and easy to create. The Authentique paper is from the their 6x6 paper pad. I love those smaller patterns for little projects. Each page was cut into two tags and then I used their sticker sheets to embellish them along with my Petaloo flowers and a little May Arts ribbon.
On my last tag, the Mummy, Spider and black Floradoodle flower make a second apperance. The twill ribbon was stamped with the word Spooky and then stitched. Then I attached it to the tag in a rumpled sort of way. The last step was to add the flowers and stickers.
Now it's your turn to add some Petaloo flowers to your Halloween projects.

Oh goodness, if its candy, I'll eat it, lol, but my favorite is the mini peanut butter cups. I always snitch them from my kids bags, lol.

Love the Tags! So creative! While I am too old to be trick~or~treating myself, I'm NOT too old to steal candy from my OWN little monsters' bags! I have found that I usually steal either smarties or snickers. BUT...if there is a 5th Avenue bar...SCORE! LOL. My kids act like they hate it, but secretly LOVE that their mama still plays around like a kid at halloween. lol
