Well Spring is definitely here and Summer is certainly close on it's heels. So to celebrate the warm seasons of the year I created a couple of cards using some fun Petaloo Dazzlers and brightly colored Petaloo Mulberry Street flowers.
My first card features the cutest little frog from the Water Animals Dazzlers set. He is all glittered up and has rolly polly eyes. He is just a super fun way to say Happy Birthday!
The bright pink Mulberry Street Flowers are from the Embossed Daisies collection, color Fuchsia. There are a multitude of flowers in this pack, all in different sizes, colors, and even a few polka dotted ones. I pop dotted them on some green leaves found in the Mini Tye-dyed Daisies, Yellow. They just happened to be the perfect green color for card.
For my second card, I used theLittle Birdie Dazzlers. It comes with 5 birds and the branch you see on my card. I had this pretty bright yellow paper from Echo Park and thought that a combination of the yellow paper and yellow Mulberry Street Mini Tye-dyed Daisies in Yellow would make a great place for the birds to sit.
I added a few stickers and buttons to the mini Tye-dyed Daisies centers and pop dotted a few for dimension. I should mention that the Dazzlers have a lot of dimension to them already. They come mounted on some foam adhesive and some of the parts are also popped up as you can see on the blue bird feather in the photo above.
